We hope to secure the place of the long green bean in everyone’s kitchens, as it is fresh, delicious, sweet and so good for you!

The items:
1 tbsp. coconut oil or other oil that takes high heat
1 clove minced garlic.
3 tbsp. HOISIN WOK SAUCE
1 ½ tbsp. gluten free soy sauce,
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. Finely chopped red chilies.
200 gr of pork cut into strips.
350 gr of beans, we prefer Asparagus beans or snap peas
1 tsp. water
sesame seeds.
Rice if you want to

The action:
Pick your favorite part of the pork. We love the neck and tenderloin for this dish.

Choose your favorite long beans. Cut the ends off.
We recommend the French green beans or Chinese long beans.

Heat the oil in a WOK or pan
Add minced garlic.
Stir in HOISIN WOK SAUCE, gluten free soy sauce, sesame oil and red chilies.
Add the pork strips. Cook until done, remove from pan and set aside.

Add the beans to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender but still crisp.
Add water to the mix and cover for another minute.
Return the pork, toss and serve.

The servings:
Garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
This dish is great with and without rice.

The Hot Tip:
The dish works just as well with chicken, fish, duck or tofu
